Report an Issue

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, please include the following details in your email so we can resolve it quickly:

  1. Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)

  2. Your iOS version

  3. A brief description of the issue

  4. Screenshots (if possible)

Account Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

If you wish to permanently delete your Wedding Trail account and all associated data, you can:

Option 1 (Recommended)

  • Open the app

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap Delete Account

Option 2 (Manual Request)

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Important Note

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and all your data will be permanently removed from our system.
